Reese-like Protein Snacks

With only 75 calories and 5.8g of protein per bar, you can enjoy two of them for a quick snack on the go or when you’re badly craving sugar!

Ingredients

ISO Gold Isolated Whey Protein - Vanilla (PVL Elite)3 scoops360 calories
Nutri-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter (BioX) 120g500 calories
Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (Kirkland Signature) 30g243 calories
Liquid Honey (Selection) 30g90 calories
Chipits Chunks 70% Cacao (Hershey’s) 130g607 calories

Preparations

Melt your coconut oil, then mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate. Once everything is homogeneous, form little balls weighing 14.5g each and press them into your bar mold (I use “Perfect Petites”). This should yield 24 little bars. After portioning them, melt your chocolate either in the microwave or using a bain-marie. Then pour equal parts of chocolate over each bar, I used approximatively a teaspoon for each. Freeze for an hour, and voilà! You have wonderful Reese-like protein bars!
